This
month, the exclusive island resort, Hayman, has joined forces with premier Champagne house, Moët Hennessy in presenting a Celebration of Champagne throughout the
resort.

Champagne has long been the essence of celebration. In fact we have been
celebrating with this sparkling liquid gold since the 17th century.
You could not find a more perfect setting to celebrate
the luxury and taste of Champagne than at Australia’s premier Great
Barrier Reef resort, Hayman.

Hayman have plenty of events to entertain guests for
this special celebration, including a special Chef’s Table dinner, Champagne tasting, and a
fabulous 3-course menu at Hayman’s Fontaine Restaurant.
Hayman’s award winning Chef’s brigade will be creating
the 3-course menu to accompany a selected Champagne during the following weeks:
4 – 10 June – Celebration of Moët & Chandon
11 – 17 June – Celebration of Veuve Clicquot
18 – 24 June – Celebration of Krug
25 June – 1 July – Celebration of Dom Perignon
11 – 17 June – Celebration of Veuve Clicquot
18 – 24 June – Celebration of Krug
25 June – 1 July – Celebration of Dom Perignon
Champagne tasting will take place during the afternoon
of Saturday 23 June, and will be conducted by Moët Hennessy Ambassador, Greg
Williams in Fontaine’s private dining room.

Chef, Glenn Bacon will be hosting the Chef’s Table dinner Saturday 23 June, and
will introduce a stunning 6-course menu to accompy a list of the finest
Champagnes including Dom Perignon, Krug,
Veuve Clicquot and Moet & Chandon, which are to be presented by Greg
Williams to complement this unique culinary experience.
The much anticipated Celebration of Champagne and its events
are sure to be a memorable culinary experience you will never forget.
